The art of the bathroom

We have a huge problem with graffiti in our washrooms. We have the teflon-coated paint, but that just makes it a bit easier to get off. (Theoretically.) Mainly patrons scratch it into the walls and stalls, meaning lots of calls to maintenance for sanding and painting. It's breaking the bank, so last week we had blackboards installed on the walls of the washrooms to see if maybe the "artistes" would give us a break and write their foul, racist, swastika-laden crap somewhere easy to erase. The first day they were up, someone wrote on the women's one "Legalized graffiti no fun" and stole the eraser.
