The book was one in a series called Knights of the Silver Dragon - we don't catalogue children's paperbacks, so he wasn't able to place a hold on it and his mom kept calling every day to see if it was back on our paperback rack. But that's better than last spring, when a little boy went into the same rest room and a guy was in there fully naked and changing.

We don't bill ourselves as the Geek Squad. :)  As for the welfare thing, I did feel bad I couldn't find the info, but he just didn't have the name or function of the organization/service correct and I couldn't find what he wanted. She is often concerned about people watching her or stealing her stuff.  Since she isn't getting anywhere with the police, she wants to go online and contact the "ruler of the internet".  I got her on the computer, but tried to explain the internet didn't have a ruler.  I felt so sorry for the man sitting next to her.
