I decided I was going to try and get some help, at least with exactly what I should do/say to the great unwashed and to let the powers that be know that the situation has gotten intolerable. So I e-mailed the Deputy Chief. My pleas were answered with action!!! We're getting a security guard all day, at least for the next few rainy weeks, she called the police station and they're going to come by more often, and we're going to have a training session on how to deal with the problem from one of the constables. I can't believe it, I asked and it was given to me! My faith in the powers that be has been restored. And my faith in me, too. :)
Also, because of Insane Asshole and his "I'm allowed 46 minutes" thing, they've changed the Internet login time to 45 minutes. His reaction is going to be hilarious, although I won't mind not having to witness it, if I'm not around. I don't want to witness him at all.
