Here's one from a while ago

The last Saturday that I worked, a young, very pregnant woman who seemed to have a hearing impairment and, as a staff member later pointed out, looked like a meth addict, stormed in and demanded to use the bathroom, ranting about how 3 stores had refused to let her use theirs (big surprise). The guard had just gone on break, so I needed ID for the key. She didn't hear when I asked for it, so I wrote it down. She commenced shrieking about being pregnant, having to really go, not having ID, the 3 stores... I repeated about needing the ID, she started swearing at me.  Finally, I figured that if she peed herself, I was going to have to clean up the floor and I do know what being pregnant does to the bladder.  But I was really mad, her behaviour and language were disgraceful, and there were kids all over the library. So I grabbed the family bathroom key and told her to come with me and started storming to the bathroom. What does she do? Shrieks "Where are we going?!!!!?" Um, you've gotten your way, you psycho, where do you think we're going? I tell her to the bathroom and we go over. When I get back to the desk, a woman whose two kids had had to witness the display said "You should have let her pee her pants." So that cheered me up a bit.
